Laura Gomes Garcia is a project management and public policy professional with experience in government programs financed by the Inter-American Development Bank. She works on coordinating projects, managing contracts and budgets, analyzing data to support strategic decisions, and engaging diverse stakeholders.

Laura holds a Master’s in International Development and Public Policy from Nova School of Business & Economics (Lisbon) and an MBA in Project Management from ESALQ-USP, complemented by degrees in International Relations (UNISINOS) and Law (PUCRS). She is currently expanding her expertise in ESG and corporate reputation through a postgraduate program at PUCRS.

Laura has participated in international programs and volunteer projects, which have shaped her perspective on sustainable development, governance, and intercultural collaboration. She brings an analytical and inclusive approach to advancing effective public policies and social impact initiatives.
