How to Apply
Complete the online application form available from October 13 to October 27, 2025 on the Student Energy Summit website. All applications will be carefully reviewed based on our selection criteria.

Application Requirements
- Answers to the following questions:
- “Why do you want to attend the Student Energy Summit?” (Max 250 words)
- “Describe a critical moment or a single, significant intervention you made—through a project, study, or community role—in achieving a more equitable or sustainable result for a specific community or group.” (Max 500 words)
- A 60-second video following the prompt: “Tell us something about yourself that you believe is essential for us to know as we build the SES 2026 delegation.”
- Your CV or Resume (Max 2 pages)
Country Diversity
There is no limit on delegates per country. However, we prioritize diversity and aim to have representation from as many countries and regions as possible in our selection process.
Registration Fee To be confirmed
Your registration includes:

Access to all plenary and breakout sessions led by energy experts and leaders

Accommodation for 4 nights in Manaus, Brazil

All meals for the duration of the Summit

Access to networking and social events

Transportation from accommodation to venue

Financial Support
While we are aiming to have registration fees covered for general delegates, we cannot guarantee fully-funded or partially-funded bursaries at this point.
Applicants based in Manaus, Brazil may be eligible for a reduced/waived registration fee to attend SES.
If you find the fees a barrier to your participation, we encourage you to apply anyway and let us know through the application form how we can support you.
