Co-Chair

I’m a Fulbright Student from Brazil with extensive experience in international cooperation. As a Master’s candidate in Public Administration at Columbia University, I’m passionate about formulating development projects that advance climate justice and expand access to clean energy in developing countries. Most recently, I worked at the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy, where I focused on promoting clean, affordable, and secure energy through global collaboration. My experience also includes internships with the British Embassy’s Science and Innovation Network and GIZ Brazil’s Energy Program. In 2024, I was selected as a “Leader of Tomorrow” by the 53rd St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland, which fosters intergenerational dialogue between established leaders and young changemakers. When I’m not at the university, you’ll likely find me soaking up the sun, preferably at the beach, either reading or playing sports.
