Karina Beatriz Cáceres Ortega

Karina Beatriz Cáceres Ortega is a Paraguayan professional in the area of International Relations born in Asunción, Paraguay. She holds a degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and has been a scholarship holder of both the Government of the Russian Federation and the Carlos Antonio López program of Paraguay (BECAL). In 2024, Karina obtained a Master’s degree in Global Security and Development Cooperation at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN), where she was recognized as the best graduate of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Karina currently works as a consultant in management and technical assistance for international cooperation and communication projects. In addition, she has collaborated in academic publications on topics such as MERCOSUR, BRICS, South- South Cooperation in Latin America and Energy Diplomacy. She is an active member of several organizations, including the Global Network of Young Politicians of Paraguay, the Latin American Observatory of Energy Geopolitics of UNILA, and serves as Secretary General of the Center for Integration and Cooperation of Russia and Latin America (CICRAL) in Paraguay
